Abstract:
Provided is an electronic control device comprising a control board, a heat-generating electronic component mounted on the control board, and a heat sink provided sandwiching a heat-dissipating material between the heat sink and the heat-generating electronic component, wherein the heat sink includes at least: a far-side contact portion that is in contact with the control board in a position at a distance from the heat-generating electronic component; and a first and second near-side contact portion that are in contact with the control board, without being fixed to the control board, in a position separated from the heat-generating electronic component by a distance that is shorter than the distance between the heat-generating electronic component and the far-side contact portion. As a result, it is possible to limit a reduction in heat dissipating properties.
