Abstract:
According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the maximal value of reaction force generated in a circuit board. This electronic control device is provided with: a cover that has a hollow opening part; a connector inserted into the opening part; and a compressive seal member that is disposed to be in contact with a first position of the inner peripheral section of the opening part and in tight contact with the inner peripheral section of the opening part and the connector while in a compressed state, wherein: the opening part has a thickness in a first direction passing through the hollow hole of the opening part; the area of a hollow region, which is the hollow region of the opening part, decreases or is maintained along the first direction; the seal member is arranged in an outer peripheral section of the connector and is inserted into the opening part together with the connector in the first direction; and the area of the hollow region at the first position is smaller than the area of the hollow region at the entrance of the opening part in the first direction.
