An electronically controlled temperature controller (100) comprises a fixing part (7) for mounting to a human body, a temperature adjustment element (1) having at least one of a function for cooling and a function for heating a mounting portion of the human body, a pulse wave sensor (5) for measuring a pulse wave of the human body, and a temperature control device (2) for controlling the temperature of the temperature adjustment element (1) on the basis of the measurement result of the pulse wave sensor (5).
