Disclosed is an electronic device comprising a three-dimensional heat transfer member having at least a first surface joined with a heating member and a second surface joined with an inner surface of the case. The area of the first surface is equal to or larger than the area in contact with the heating member, and the entire surface of the second surface is in contact with the inner surface of the case.
