Abstract:
An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present disclosure comprises: a housing including a front plate and a rear plate facing away from the front plate; a display panel interposed between the front plate and the rear plate and exposed through the front plate; an electromagnetic radiation (EMR) sensing panel interposed between the display panel and the rear plate; and a sensing circuit configured to sense a stylus pen by using the EMR sensing panel. The EMR sensing panel includes a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer that are substantially parallel to the display panel, wherein the first layer includes a first plurality of conductive lines extending parallel to one another in a first direction when viewed from above the front plate; the second layer includes a second plurality of conductive lines extending parallel to one another in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction when viewed from above the front plate, the second plurality of conductive lines intersecting with the first plurality of conductive lines; and the third layer includes a third plurality of conductive lines, wherein each of the third plurality of conductive lines may be electrically connected to an end of each of two conductive lines of the first plurality of conductive lines or the second plurality of conductive lines, through a conductive via formed through at least one of the first layer, the second layer, or the third layer.
