This electronic device may comprise: a housing comprising a first housing and a second housing for containing at least a part of the first housing and guiding a sliding movement of the first housing; a flexible display comprising a first display area and a second display area extending from the first display area; and an integrated support structure for supporting at least a part of the second display area. The support structure may comprise a plate portion and multiple bar-shaped portions which protrude from the plate portion in parallel to each other, and which are disposed in parallel to the plate portion. The plate portion and the multiple bar-shaped portions may be formed from a single integrated structure. Each of the multiple bar-shaped portions may include a second portion extending from the plate portion and a first portion extending from the second portion. The second portion may be formed to have a width smaller than that of the first portion. The plate portion may be positioned between the multiple bar-shaped portions and may include multiple openings.
