Abstract:
An electronic device having a first communication unit for communicating with another vehicle or a roadside device, a second communication unit for communicating with the host vehicle, and a control unit. The control unit, upon determining on the basis of communication through the second communication unit that the power engine of the host vehicle is not active, transmits information regarding an occupant of the host vehicle to another vehicle or a roadside device by communication through the first communication unit.
