Abstract:
An electronic device and a control method therefor are disclosed. The electronic device according to the present disclosure comprises: a display; a speaker; a memory for storing at least one instruction; and one or more processors capable of executing the at least one instruction, wherein the processors can control the display such that a first UI that guides an initial setting mode for disability assistance is displayed if the initial setting mode is initiated, control the speaker such that a guide voice corresponding to the first UI is output, control the display and/or the speaker such that an accessibility menu including a plurality of accessibility functions corresponding to disability type of a user is provided if the initial setting mode for disability assistance is selected through the first UI, and control the display and/or the speaker on the basis of at least one accessibility function if the at least one accessibility function is selected from the accessibility menu.
