Abstract:
An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device comprises a storage for storing error-related information of an external electronic device, and a processor for: acquiring, from the storage, first error-related information relating to a target time period and second error-related information relating to a reference time period including the target time period and a time period other than the target time period; acquiring, on the basis of the first error-related information, the frequency information according to the number of times of error occurrence relating to the target time period; acquiring, on the basis of the second error-related information, the frequency information according to the number of times of error occurrence relating to the reference time period; and identifying an error occurrence level for the target time period by comparing the frequency information according to the number of times of error occurrence relating to the target time period and the frequency information according to the number of times of error occurrence relating to the reference time period.
