Abstract:
An electronic device (50), and a display assembly (53) and a backlight module (531) thereof, the backlight module (531) comprising: a light guide plate (13); a plurality of light sources (21), all of which are arranged on a side of the light guide plate (13) at intervals in a width direction of the light guide plate (13); a light uniformizing element (14) arranged on the light guide plate (13); a flexible circuit board (16) partially arranged on an area of the light guide plate (13) not covered by the light uniformizing element (14), wherein there is a reserved gap between the flexible circuit board (16) and the light uniformizing element (14); and a light shielding layer (15) arranged in a non-display area of the backlight module (531), the light shielding layer (15) comprising a plurality of first and second light shielding portions (151, 152), wherein the first light shielding portions (151) are arranged in areas corresponding to the light sources (21), the second light shielding portions (152) are arranged in areas corresponding to an interval area between two adjacent light sources (21), and the thickness of the first light shielding portion (151) is greater than that of the second light shielding portion (152). The method can avoid the problems of light leakage and uneven brightness of the backlight module (531) while reducing the width occupied by the non-display area of the backlight module (531).
