Abstract:
Disclosed are an electronic device enabling reduction of current consumption and heating, a base station device, and respective control methods therefor. The electronic device comprises: a communication module for communicating with a base station device through first band frequency cells and second band frequency cells; a memory for storing computer-executable instructions; and a processor for executing the instructions by accessing the memory. The processor carries out an operation of checking whether the temperature of the electronic device is equal to or higher than a predefined temperature, and if the temperature of the electronic device is equal to or higher than the predefined temperature, transmitting, to the base station device, report data for reporting a communication state between the electronic device and the base station device.
