Abstract:
The memory of an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present document can, when in operation, store instructions which allow at least one processor to: control an actuator so that the electronic device moves; control a camera so as to acquire an image and location of an external electronic device; identify the external electronic device on the basis of the acquired image; transmit, to the identified external electronic device, a plurality of control commands included in a plurality of control command sets via a wireless communication circuit; monitor the response of the external electronic device to the transmission of the plurality of control commands; store, in the memory, the identifier of a first control command set for the identified external electronic device and the location of same, a first control command being determined on the basis of the monitoring, and the first control command set being the control command set that includes the first control command, from among the plurality of control commands, that leads the external electronic device to execute the previously designated first action; receive, via a microphone or the wireless communication circuit, a first input which leads the external electronic device to execute the first action; control the actuator so that the electronic device moves to a location from which the first control command can be transmitted to the external electronic device on the basis of the received first input and location of the external electronic device stored in the memory; and transmit the first control command to the external electronic device on the basis of the received first input and identifier, stored in the memory, for the first control command set for the external electronic device.
