Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an electronic device and a method for controlling same. An electronic device of the present disclosure comprises: a sensor; a communication interface comprising circuitry; a wireless power interface comprising circuitry; and a processor for driving the sensor by means of a wireless power received from a wireless power supply apparatus via the wireless power interface, and driving the sensor in an operating mode in order to detect a user when a detection signal with respect to the user is received via the communication interface from an external sensor for detecting a user by means of a power obtained by means of energy harvesting while the sensor is driven in a power saving mode.
