Abstract:
This electronic device (10) is provided with a control unit (11) for informing, upon receiving a mail, a display unit (12) about mail information that is part of the content of the mail, wherein, when the screen of the display unit (12) changes from an off state to an on state, the control unit (11) informs the display unit (12) about the mail information about an unread mail again, and causes the display unit (12) to display the mail information in accordance with an operation inputted via an input unit (13) while the display unit (12) is being informed again.
