Abstract:
A method of controlling heating of an electronic device comprises the operations of: in a state of being connected to a first cellular network, measuring a temperature of at least part of the electronic device; identifying consumption of a first current which is consumed through a communication module in a state of being connected to the first cellular network; when the measured temperature exceeds a first reference value, establishing a connection with a second cellular network; identifying consumption of a second current which is consumed through the communication module in a state of being connected to the second cellular network; when the second current consumption is greater than or equal to the first current consumption, comparing a first communication environment of the first cellular network and a second communication network of the second cellular network; and on the basis of the comparison of the first communication environment and the second communication environment or whether the second current consumption is less than the first current consumption, maintaining the connection with the second cellular network or re-establishing connection with the first cellular network.
