[Problem] To provide an electronic device, a method for producing the same, and a method for driving the electronic device, wherein the reliability of the electronic device is increased. [Solution] An electronic device (20) having: a substrate (21); a conductive film (31) provided with a first terminal portion (33) and a second terminal portion (34), the terminal portions being anchored to the substrate (21), and the conductive film being moveable in the lateral direction between the first terminal portion (33) and the second terminal portion (34) with respect to the substrate (21); a first driving electrode (25) furnished on the substrate (21) at a location in opposition to a first primary face (31a) of the conductive film (31), a first driving voltage (V1) being applied to the first driving electrode; a second driving electrode (26) furnished on the substrate (21) at a location in opposition to a second primary face (31b) of the conductive film (31), a second driving voltage (V2) being applied to the second driving electrode; and a terminal (28) furnished on the substrate (21) at a location permitting contact with the second primary face (31b) of the conductive film (31).
