Abstract:
An electronic device (10) according to the present invention comprises: a base member (20) which is configured from a material containing metal atoms; an electronic element (30) which is mounted on the base member (20); an organic material structure (50) which is provided on a bonding surface (23) of the base member (20); and a cover member (40) which is bonded to the bonding surface (23) of the base member (20), with the organic material structure (50) being interposed therebetween, so that the electronic element (30) is sealed within an internal space that is formed by the cover member (40) and the base member (20). The bonding surface (23) of the base member (20) contains an oxide of the metal atoms.
