Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an electronic device, an outsourced person selection and employment method and a storage medium, the method comprising: before an outsourced person undergoes an entry interview, acquiring an identifier of the outsourced person; going over an outsourced person blacklist and an outsourced person white list which are predetermined, and determining whether the identifier of the outsourced person matches an identifier recorded in the blacklist or the white list; if the identifier of the outsourced person matches an identifier recorded in the blacklist, acquiring the reason for adding the outsourced person to the blacklist, and determining whether to interview the outsourced person according to the reason for being added to the blacklist and a preset interview rule; and if the identifier of the outsourced person matches an identifier recorded in the white list, acquiring the reason for adding the outsourced person to the white list, and determining whether to give priority to interviewing the outsourced person according to the reason for being to the white list and the preset interview rule. With the present invention, the risks of an enterprise selecting and employing an outsourced person may be effectively reduced.
