Abstract:
Various embodiments of the present invention relate to a device and method for performing a scan in a wireless LAN system. An electronic device comprises a first antenna, a first communication circuit, a second communication circuit, and a processor. The processor may: if at least one communication circuit of the first communication circuit and the second communication operates in a scan mode, disconnect an electrical connection between the first antenna and the at least one communication circuit operating in the scan mode; and if the first communication circuit or the second communication circuit operates in a communication mode, electrically connect the first antenna to at least one communication circuit operating in the communication mode. Other embodiments may also be possible.
