Abstract:
Disclosed are an electronic device for playing back music in a navigation service and a method for same. With the electronic device for playing back music in a navigation service and the method for same, if a music play-back function is selected during the use of a navigation service either directly installed in the interior of an automobile or mounted using a mount in the interior of the automobile, or else during the use of a navigation service installed as an addition to a mobile communication terminal such as a smartphone, then a music-control window for displaying music play-back information is displayed overlaid on a screen for providing route guidance, or the display unit is split and the navigation screen is displayed on a first split area while the music control window is displayed on a second split area, thereby making it possible for the navigation service to be provided on a sustained basis without any interference from the use of the additional function.
