Abstract:
Disclosed is an electronic device comprising a communication circuit, a memory, a microphone and a processor electrically connected with the communication circuit, the microphone and the memory, wherein the processor receives, through the microphone, user speech including designated words, calculates a first confidence level of the received user speech, receives, from an external electronic device, through the communication circuit, a second confidence level of the user speech calculated by the external electronic device, compares the first confidence level and the second confidence level, and performs an operation corresponding to the user speech when the first confidence level is higher than the second confidence level. In addition, various embodiments identified through the specification are possible.
