An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device can comprise: a communication circuit including a plurality of ports, each of which transmits a signal in at least one frequency band, and transmitting or receiving a signal in the at least one frequency band; and a processor, which acquires frequency band information for indicating the at least one frequency band and contextual information for indicating a state of the electronic device, and is configured, on the basis of the acquired information, to determine ports, among the plurality of ports, to be used per frequency band of which there is at least one. In addition, various embodiments identified through the specification are possible.
