Abstract:
A method for performing vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication and an electronic device for a vehicle are provided. The method may comprise the steps of: controlling a first communication module for performing a first communication type of communication so as to receive, from at least one external device, a broadcast message indicating information on a communication type supported by the at least one external device; deactivating the first communication module on the basis of the broadcast message; and performing control to perform a second communication type of communication with the external device using a second communication module.
