Abstract:
An electronic device for wirelessly transmitting power may comprise: an amplifier; a load unit that receives a signal output from the amplifier; a phase detector that detects the phase difference between the current and voltage output from the amplifier; and a resonant circuit disposed between the amplifier and the load unit and including an inductor and a variable capacitor of which the capacitance value is adjusted on the basis of a DC voltage output from the phase detector. The phase detector comprises: a phase difference generation circuit that outputs a signal indicating the phase difference between the current and the voltage; a charge pump that uses a transistor to increase or decrease a drain voltage and outputs same; a reference voltage generation circuit that adjusts, on the basis of the reference voltage, the magnitude of the voltage of a signal output from the charge pump; and a filter circuit that filters the output signal and outputs a DC voltage corresponding to the phase difference.
