This electronic device is provided with: a casing; an antenna element (21a); a heat source; a heat radiation part (16); a heat conduction part (15); a cooling fan; an exhaust port (40); and an exhaust duct (19). The casing has: a pair of main surfaces that are opposed to each other in the thickness direction; and a side surface that connects the main surfaces. The antenna element (21a) is used for wireless communication. The heat radiation part (16) exchanges heat with cooling air. The heat conduction part (15) enables heat from the heat source to reach the heat radiation part. The cooling fan generates cooling air to be blown to the heat radiation part. The exhaust port (40) is for discharging, to the outside, the cooling air that has been generated by the cooling fan and that has undergone heat exchange at the heat radiation part. The exhaust duct (19) is for guiding the cooling air heat-exchanged at the heat radiation part to the exhaust port. The exhaust port (40) is arranged on the side surface, and the antenna element (21a) and the exhaust duct (19) are arranged so as to at least partially overlap each other in the thickness direction.
