Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an electronic device with excellent flexibility, and excellent durability in a high temperature, high humidity environment. This electronic device 10 is the electronic device 10 in which a plurality of functional components placed on a substrate 20 are sealed by a gas barrier sealing layer 40. When two adjacent randomly extracted items of the plurality of functional components are an organic EL element part 11 (first component) and an organic photoelectric conversion element part 12 (second component), in a cross section perpendicular to a randomly extracted reference plane 44, the maximum height h1max of the sealing layer 40 on the organic EL element part 11 and the maximum height h2max of the sealing layer 40 on the organic photoelectric conversion element part 12 are respectively within a range of 0.2-3.0 mm, and the shortest distance dmin between the organic EL element part 11 and the organic photoelectric conversion element part 12 is within the range of 1-100 mm.
