Abstract:
An electronic device (401), provided with a circuit substrate (301), a first element (101), and a second element (201). The first element (101) has a first connection part (CN1) having a concave part, and first connection part-side electrodes (E11, E12, E13) exposed on the first connection part (CN1). The second element (201) has a second connection part (CN2), and second connection part-side electrodes (E21, E22, E23) exposed on the second connection part (CN2). The circuit substrate (301) has first substrate-side electrodes (C11, C12, C13) and second substrate-side electrodes (C21, C22, C23) disposed at positions facing each other, respectively, in plan view. The first connection part-side electrodes and second connection part-side electrodes are joined to the first substrate-side electrodes and the second substrate-side electrodes, which are connected to each other. The first connection part-side electrodes and the first substrate-side electrodes are disposed along the concave part when the circuit substrate (301) is viewed in plan view.
