Abstract:
In various embodiments, an electronic device (400) may comprise: a housing (410) including a front plate (411), a rear plate (412) opposite to the front plate (411), and a side frame (413) surrounding the space between the front plate (411) and the rear plate (412); and a printed circuit board (430) disposed in the space and having a front end module (FEM) (431) and a heating element (432a) mounted thereon, wherein the side frame (413) is segmented into at least a first metal portion (4131) and a second metal portion (4132), a segmentation member (4133) is disposed between the first metal portion (4131) and the second metal portion (4132), the first metal portion (4131) is electrically connected to the front end module (431), and the second metal portion (4132) is connected to the heating element (432a) by means of heat transfer members (490a, 490b, 490c).
