An electronic display apparatus capable of easily displaying and handling by utilizing the presence of a plurality of display screens. A content read−out unit (13) reads out a predetermined content and performs display related to the content. Furthermore, when an operation switch signal input unit (12) sets a page flip (during a page flip, display is updated by two pages) or a page feed (during a page feed, display is successively updated by one page), a page flip&sol page feed selecting unit (15) generates an image signal used for the display screen of the page flip or the page feed and supplies the signal to an output signal selecting unit (11), so that the image signal is output to a first display section (14a) and a second display section (14b) while appropriately selecting the image signal. Thus, when displaying an arbitrary page, it is possible to simultaneously display pages before and after the arbitrary page.
