Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electronic document distribution system and to an electronic document distribution method, which can construct an electronic document distribution system for providing not only enterprises/institutions with reliability, but also individuals and small companies. The electronic document distribution system according to the present invention comprises: transceiving entities which transceive messages based on electronic mailing addresses, and distribute electronic documents through a distribution messaging server which issues and manages a distribution certificate for the transceiving of messages; a distribution hub which registers/manages electronic mailing addresses of the transceiving entities, establishes an electronic document distribution path between the transceiving entities, provides the transceiving entities with a standard form of an electronic document, and transmits a message by proxy upon the occurrence of errors during the process of distributing electronic documents between transceiving entities and issues a distribution certificate; and a reliable third-party storage institution which receives and stores the distribution certificate.
