Abstract:
Partial identification information individually representing parts of document information identifiably and the electronic signature corresponding to the document information are acquired, and the creation type, creator, and creation date and time of the document information are acquired as tracing information for tracing the document information. The acquired partial identification information, the electronic signature, and the tracing information are associated with one another and managed. In response to a request of the user, information on the tracing information is presented to the user. Further according to the instruction of the user, new document information and tracing information are acquired.
