Abstract:
An electronic element which has an electronic function to operate even at the room temperature and which uses a perovskite crystal or the like in the ground state of the 'fractional quantum Hall effect' or the 'macroscopic quantum effect' holding under the condition of a fixed or substantially fixed of number electrons thereby to utilize the 'super-dielectric phenomenon' indicating the electronic system of the crystal. The electronic element is employed in the electric field with the two-dimensional plane of the doped crystal composing the element being normal to the electric field, so that it can be used at the room temperature. This element is under such a ground state of the fractional quantum Hall effect as can have a range of the doping quantity of the crystal determined by the degree of localization, e.g., 0.0 5 or less, or 0.6 or less if the localization is introduced.
