Abstract:
An imaging module provided with: an imaging element (58); an optical member (55) for guiding incident light to an effective area of the imaging element (58), the optical member (55) being bonded to a light-receiving surface of the imaging element (58); and a semi-transparent light-absorbing layer (55a) layered on a lateral end surface of the optical member (55) perpendicular to the effective area; wherein the refractive index n2 of the light-absorbing layer (55a) in relation to the optical member (55) formed from a material having a refractive index n1 is n2 ≒ n1.
