Abstract:
According to an embodiment, the electronic equipment includes: a speaker unit capable of outputting a sound wave; a sensor unit capable of acquiring an optical signal related to blood flow at a measurement site on a user; and a controller for measuring the blood flow information at the measurement site on the basis of the optical signal. The controller estimates the sleeping state of the user on the basis of the blood flow information and controls the sound wave output from the speaker unit on the basis of the sleeping state.
