Abstract:
There are included: a receiver/speaker combination device (2) in which a receiver used during a normal telephone communication is integrated with a speaker used during a hands-free telephone communication; an amplification unit (3) that supplies an amplified sound signal to the receiver/speaker combination device (2); a first power supply unit (4) that supplies, to the amplification unit (3), a power used during the hands-free telephone communication; a second power supply unit (5) that supplies, to the amplification unit (3), a power used during the normal telephone communication and that has a lower supply capacity than the first power supply unit (4); and a power supply switch unit (6) that connects the first power supply unit (4) to the amplification unit (3) during the hands-free telephone communication and that connects the second power supply unit (5) to the amplification unit (3) during the normal telephone communication. During an abnormal state in which the power supply switch unit (6) is not controlled, the second power supply unit (5) is connected to the amplification unit (3).
