An electronic expansion valve and a processing method for a valve seat (2). The electronic expansion valve comprises a valve seat (2), an outer cover (1), and a coil (94); the valve seat (2) comprises a first connection part (23) and a second connection part (24), the second connection part (24) and the first connection part (23) being integrally formed; the outer cover (1) is connected to the first connection part (23); and the coil (94) is sleeved at the periphery of the outer cover (1) and is connected to the second connection part (24). The first connection part (23) used for connecting the outer cover (1) and the second connection part (24) used for connecting the coil (94) are configured as an integrally formed structure, enabling coaxiality to be ensured when the first connection part (23) and the second connection part (24) are integrally processed, thereby ensuring the coaxiality of the coil (94) and the valve seat (2) after assembly, and given that coaxiality is ensured, the connections of the coil (94) with the outer cover (1) and the valve seat (2) are more stable. The first connection part (23) and the second connection part (24) being an integrated structure also ensures the connection strength of the two parts.
