Abstract:

An electronic expansion valve, comprising a valve seat (10), the valve seat (10) being provided with a valve port; a nut (20), the nut being connected to the valve seat (10), and an outer side of the nut (20) being provided with a middle stop boss (21); a rotor (30), the rotor (30) being sleeved on the outer side of the nut (20) and having a gap with the nut (20), an inner side of the rotor (30) being provided with an upper stop boss (31) located above the middle stop boss (21) and a lower stop boss (32) located below the middle stop boss (21), and a middle stop upper surface (211) and a middle stop lower surface (212) of the middle stop boss (21) as well as an upper stop lower surface (311) of the upper stop boss (31) and a lower stop upper surface (321) of the lower stop boss (32) all being inclined surfaces; and a valve core assembly (40), the valve core assembly (40) penetrating the valve seat (10) and being connected to the rotor (30), the valve core assembly (40) threadingly cooperating with the nut (20), and the rotor (30) driving the valve core assembly (40) to move and controlling the degree of opening of the valve port. The present invention solves the problem in the existing technology in which a boss structure of an electronic expansion valve is prone to interference.
