Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electronic gear-shifting lever having such a function that the gear-shifting stage of the lever is determined differently according to manipulation of a button. The electronic gear-shifting lever according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a lever housing (10), which is configured in a lever type, and on which a lever (30) can be installed; a cover (20), which is coupled to the upper end of the lever housing (10), and which has a gear-shifting guide groove (21) formed linearly on the middle part thereof such that the lever (30) can move forwards/backwards to the corresponding gear-shifting position; a lever (30) having a lever body (31), the middle part of which is hinge-coupled (13) to the middle part of the interior of the lever housing (10) such that the same can rotate forwards/backwards along the gear-shifting guide groove (21) formed on the cover (12), a button (32a) being formed on a top handle (32) of the lever (30), and an elastic rod (33) being mounted on the lower end of the lever (30), the elastic rod (33) being capable of exerting an elastic force downwards by means of a spring (33a); a center return table (40), which is mounted on the bottom of the interior of the lever housing (10), the upper surface of which is configured to contact the elastic rod (33) of the lever (30) while being tensioned, and which is formed to slope (41) such that, with reference to the middle part along the direction of transfer of the lever (30), both sides thereof are higher, thereby guaranteeing that the lever (30), which is rotated forwards/backwards by the driver's manipulation, automatically returns to the middle part; and a sensing unit (50) installed to be connected to a location on the lever housing (10) such that, when the lever (30) moves to a gear-shifting position (22) along the gear-shifting guide groove (21) of the cover (12), the corresponding gear-shifting position can be sensed, the sensing unit (50) being capable of separately sensing the time when the lever (30) moves to the corresponding gear-shifting position after pressing the button (32a) of the lever (30) and the time when the lever (30) moves to the corresponding gear-shifting position without pressing the button (32a) of the lever (30).
