Abstract:
Provided is an electronic injection throttle valve, comprising a body (1), a throttle shaft (3) mounted on the body, an ECU board (7) and a motor (11). The ECU board (7) is arranged in an accommodating chamber of the body (1). An intake air temperature sensor (2) is installed at an intake end of a throat tube of the body (1), and the intake air temperature sensor (2) is connected to the ECU board (7). The throttle shaft (3) passes through the throat tube, and a lower end of the throttle shaft (3) is provided with a magnet rocker arm (4). A Hall sensor (6) is arranged on the ECU board (7). A chip sensing center of the Hall sensor (6) is coaxially arranged with a magnet (5) of the magnet rocker arm (4) and has a gap. The ECU board (7) is further provided with an annular groove (8). A motor rocker arm (9) is connected to a shaft of the motor (11), and the magnet rocker arm (4) is connected to the motor rocker arm (9) through the annular groove (8). The electronic injection throttle has a compact structure and a reasonable layout, which satisfies the durability requirements of the general-purpose engine electronic injection system and reduces engine emissions.
