Abstract:
Provided is an electronic lock that can be locked and unlocked by either electronic input or manual input and that can be used stably over a long time. An input switching clutch (10) that transfers driving force to the output side by electronic input or manual input is configured so as to: incorporate, in a plurality of wedge shaped spaces (29) that are formed between an outer ring (21) that rotates integrally with an electronic input gear (3) and an inner ring (22) that rotates integrally with an output gear (8), rollers (23) and a coil spring (24) that presses the rollers (23) toward the narrow portion of a wedge shaped space (29); couple a locking releasing piece (25) having a column part (25a) inserted into both sides in the circumferential direction of the wedge shaped spaces (29) to a manual input shaft (6) so that the rotation can be transmitted; and be provided with a torque transmission means to transmit the rotation of the manual input shaft (6) to the inner ring (22) with a slight delay angle. By virtue of such a configuration, the input switching clutch can have a plurality of the rollers (23) disposed in the circumferential direction to have good balance and is less likely to have premature wear and uneven wear of the outer ring (21) and inner ring (22) and eccentricity of the inner ring (22).
