Abstract:
[PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED] It is an object to provide an electronic mail transmission
and reception system that can maintain the secrecy of an attached file with limitation
to limit transmitting destinations and ensure the safety of such an attached
file with the limitation. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] A system management
server (11) of an electronic mail transmission and reception system (10) has
a first conversion means for making an attached file with the limitation of predetermined
transmitting destinations hashed by a unidirectional hash function and for
converting the attached file with the limitation to a first hash output value,
a first memory means for storing the hash output value of the attached file with
the limitation converted through the first conversion means, a second conversion
means for making the received attached file hashed by a unidirectional hash function
and for converting the attached file to a second hash output value, and a transmitting
destination limitation means for comparing the first hash output with the second
hash output and for transmitting the attached file to transmitting only destinations
corresponding to the second hash value in the case that the first and second hash
values are equal.
