Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a system that is capable of accumulating a large quantity of description items of electronic medical charts using a highly anonymous scheme called "key-value store" according to the description item, enables referencing of any desired description item at any desired time of any desired patient as needed, and makes it possible to analyze the mutual relationship between the description items. [Solution] An electronic medical chart according to the present invention is used for medicine/nursing care, and comprises: a key-value store recording means that records the description items of an electronic medical chart document as a combination of a key and a value; and a document description item recovery means that uses the key to recover the value of a description item of an original electronic medical chart document from the key-value store recording means.
