Abstract:
An electronic monitor and a control method thereof are provided. The electronic monitor comprises a monitoring end (1) and at least one monitored end (2). The monitored end (2) is disposed on a portable body. The monitoring end (1) comprises a signal receiving module (11), a first main control module (12), and a first alarm module (13). The signal receiving module (11) and the first alarm module (13) are both connected to the first main control module (12). The monitored end (2) comprises a signal transmission module (21). Wireless communication between the monitoring end (1) and the monitored end (2) is performed by means of the signal receiving module (11) and the signal transmission module (21). The signal processing and control method mainly comprises: the monitoring end (1) obtaining a signal from the monitored end (2), determining, according to information about the received signal, whether the monitored end (2) is within a preset area, and enabling the alarm module if it is determined that the monitored end (2) is not within the preset area.
