Abstract:
An electronic musical instrument is provided. The electronic musical instrument is provided with: an internal sound source that generates an internal acoustic signal; a generating means that generates a sound production instruction signal; an output means connected to an external sound source that generates an external acoustic signal, the output means outputting the sound production instruction signal to the external sound source; a switching means for switching a first state, in which an external acoustic signal is generated by the external sound source in response to the sound production instruction signal, to a second state, in which the internal acoustic signal is generated by the internal sound source in response to the sound production instruction signal; and a volume control means for controlling the volume of the internal acoustic signal so that when the first state is switched to the second state, the state relating to the volume of sound production based on the internal acoustic signal approaches the state relating to the volume of sound production based on the external acoustic signal.
