Title:
ELECTRONIC NOSE INSTRUMENT AND SENSORY QUALITY EVALUATION METHOD FOR TOBACCO AND TOBACCO PRODUCT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/085369
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An electronic nose instrument and a sensory quality evaluation method for tobacco and tobacco products. In the electronic nose instrument, an air-sensitive sensor array module, an automatic smoke gas sample introduction system, a computer control and data analysis system and an automatic ignition device are integrated into a test box to realize the modularization, overall integration and miniaturization, as well as the operation automation of key components; by means of the simulation of a smoke panel test process of professionals, accurate automatic conversion between a first puff of smoke gas, smoldering/self-ignition, a second puff of smoke gas, clean air and ambient air and between a gas flow of 6500 ml/min and a gas flow of 1050 ml/min is realized; a large number of standard samples are tested, tobacco big data of the relationship between a gas-sensitive sensor array response and a brand symbol and a sensory quality index evaluation value is established, and a tobacco sensory quality evaluation problem is transformed into: (1) identification, and (2) sensory quality index prediction problems, and same is solved by using a modular neural network cascading model; and a corrected S-type activation function and most-votes decision and quantization rule based on a modular neural network are proposed, and thus on-line detection, identification and sensory quality index score prediction of tobacco and tobacco products on a large scale are realized.
