Abstract:
An electronic oven includes an oven body (1), an infrared electric heating tube (2),
a thermal reflecting plate (3), a rotatable rack (4) and a motor (5). The said rotatable
rack is composed of a top and a bottom sprockets (41), two chains (42), hanging
baskets (43) and two sprocket shafts (44). The sprockets are fixed with the sprocket
shafts which extend through two sidewalls and are fixed to the two sidewalls by
bearings. Each sprockets on the same side of the said upper and lower sprockets
has a chain. At least two hanging baskets are hanged between the said two chains.
The electronic oven occupies small floor space, and its inspection window is
easy to clean. It can avoid people's skin being burned by the door. It can
maintain the temperature of roast-pachyrhizus and be convenient for inspecting any
roast-pachyrhizus in the oven.
