Abstract:
Disclosed are an electronic payment service processing method and device, and an electronic payment method and device. The service processing method comprises: a service server receives a first service information set required for electronic payment service processing, so as to perform electronic payment service processing; service server determines whether the electronic payment service processing fails; if yes, service server determines whether to generate a repayment portal according to the type of the electronic payment service processing failure, wherein the repayment portal can be associated with a second service information set, and the second service information set is a set formed after a corresponding element in the first service information set that causes the electronic payment service processing failure is adjusted; and service server performs electronic payment service processing by using elements in the second service information set and a third service information set after generating the repayment portal and receiving an instruction indicating that the repayment portal is triggered, wherein the third service information set is a difference set between the first service information set and the second service information set. The methods and devices improve user experience.
