Title:
ELECTRONIC PEN AND CORE BODY FOR ELECTRONIC PEN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/004403
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an electronic pen that can minimize fluffing even if a core body for the electronic pen is configured from axially bundled fibers such as felt. The electronic pen comprises: a housing that is provided with an opening at a pen point side, being an axially one end side, and that has a hollow part thereinside; a writing pressure detection unit disposed in the hollow part of the housing; and a core body that has, at the axially one end side, a tip portion partially projectable to the outside from the opening at the pen point side of the housing and that has an axially other end attached, in a state of being able to transmit the writing pressure applied onto the tip portion, to the writing pressure detection unit disposed in the hollow part of the housing. In the tip portion of the core body, a contact portion which is formed from axially bundled fibers and which comes into contact with an input surface of a position detection sensor is in a state where the axially bundled fibers are exposed, and at least a section of the tip portion that faces the inner circumferential wall of the opening at the pen point side of the housing is covered with a material harder than the axially bundled fibers.
