An electronic price tag-based quick payment system and method, comprising: an upper server binds a product to an electronic price tag terminal, and sends product information to the electronic price tag terminal by means of a base station device; the electronic price tag terminal determines whether to add or remove the product according to the touch time, and the upper server finds the product information bound to the electronic price tag terminal according to electronic price tag terminal information, and sends the product information and touch operation information to a merchant server by means of an HTTP request; the merchant server sends the operation result to the upper server, and the upper server sends a flashing light and/or sound command to the electronic price tag terminal by means of the base station device; and the electronic price tag terminal promotes a customer of the success or failure of product addition or removal by means of flashing lights and/or sounds. The present solution realizes quick product purchase and payment by means of non-card-insertion touch interaction between the electronic price tag terminal and an NFC tag device, thus greatly saving customers' shopping time.
