An electronic radial type ultrasonic vibrator, in which electrode pads to be electrically connected with signal lines are formed on a printed circuit board. The electrode pads are exposed to the outer circumference of the printed circuit board while being radially formed on the upper face of the printed circuit board. Wires are formed by coating the entirety of a substrate with such a metal of a different kind of a predetermined thickness as has a conductivity different from that of the metal to form the substrate of the wires. By melting the metal of the different kind at the two end portions of the wires, the ultrasonic vibrators and the electrode pads are electrically connected through the wires thereby to connect the ultrasonic vibrators and the signal lines electrically.
